Policy’s and Procedures

Policy:
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee of 50% being charged.
A deposit is required for colour corrections and appointments over 3 hours.

Procedure:
Please text a photo of your current hair in natural but not direct lighting.
Front, side and back view is encouraged.
Please list your hair history up to 5 years.
